Marie J. Montgomery, PA., Broker Associate

A native of North Carolina, Marie has resided in Miami since 1971. She obtained her Real Estate license in the late 1970’s and her Broker’s license in 1988. Prior to joining Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell, Inc. Realtors (EWM) in Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay, her career included working for other real estate companies, the developer who originally developed Brickell Key and for the general contractor who built the Sears Tower in downtown Miami in 1926.

Marie was a member of the Executives’ Association of Greater Miami for 22 years and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Redbone, Inc., a non-profit, raising money for Cystic Fibrosis research through backcountry fishing tournaments held in the Florida Keys, throughout the United States, and internationally.

Her specialty is residential real estate for Southwest Miami. Her areas of expertise include the Village of Pinecrest, the Village of Palmetto Bay, South Miami, Coral Gables, Cutler Bay, West Kendall and Downtown Dadeland.

She is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Victor Mills, Realtor®, CSSA

A native of Georgia, Victor moved to Miami in 1972. He lived in the Dominican Republic for 8 years where he learned to speak Spanish. He worked in the auto paint industry for 10 years as an auto painter; the marine industry for 18 years holding positions as salesperson, manager of the retail division, followed by commercial division manager at American Nautical Services, Inc.

His specialty is residential real estate for Southwest Miami-Dade County. His areas of expertise include the Village of Pinecrest, the Village of Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Coral Gables, South Miami, Kendall and Downtown Dadeland.

He is a Certified Short Sale Agent, a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
