Victor and Marie were the absolute best in selling my home, from soup to nuts. Through their hard work I received an offer within the first week of the house going on the market – and for my asking price!! Then came the hard part: Victor and Marie worked meticulously with the buyer’s lender in getting the house properly appraised and ensuring the buyer’s financing. They also assisted with permit closures and the buyer’s FHA home inspection. V, as in Victor(y)! I owe a huge thank you to Victor Mills. He was there for me from day one through many open houses (ending in disappointments) all the way to the sale of my home when the market had hit rock bottom. “Promise to wait a year before selling our house” was my late husband’s request in 2006. This was when real estate was over the top market price. The selling prices dropped drastically by 2007. Victor was the agent for my neighbor who had sold their house so I called him. To my surprise he advised me to wait for a better market. I did keep in contact with him and decided to upgrade and redecorate my house. I hired a stager to advise me and Victor was with me throughout the process. When it was beginning to look a little more rosy for the housing market he called and I signed with him. It took a long time and many comparative indicators resulting in lowering the price little by little until it was sold. I admire him for his positive attitude throughout the process and his very professional manner of handling things. I would recommend him to anyone selling a home.

Victor has helped us buy two apartments; both purchases required extra paper work and much patience. In both cases, Victor was able to simplify the process and provide services beyond those that can be expected of a realtor. If we buy another property, we will definitely buy it with him.

We met with Marie at the end of June to list our home in Miami Springs when we were ready to move permanently to our retirement home in Tennessee.
